Then, as the sun sets, retreat to the spacious deck with your favorite snack and listen to the sound of the ocean waves crashing onto the shore.
Spend time with family and friends while relaxing by the pool or soaking in the hot tub. Dry off and head inside to enjoy a cocktail at the wet bar and a game of pool.
There is no shortage of things to do at Sunny Daze. The serene neighborhood of Ocean Sands, with its picturesque, nature-rich lake trail, is perfect for a bike ride, walk, or run. Heck, with smart TVs in every bed and family room throughout the house, and loads of puzzles and games, even a rainy day is fun!

After the sun sets, come back inside to enjoy a game of pool by the wet bar or cuddle up and enjoy a movie on the large, smart TV in the rec room. With tons of puzzles, games and smart TVs in each room, you'll never be bored, even on a day off from the beach.

Sunny Daze
Sunny Daze is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 full bath, beach house located in the town of Corolla in the Outer Banks, North Carolina (OBX). It is located in Section M of the Ocean Sands neighborhood at 752 Waters Edge. It is tucked away in a cul de sac for extra privacy and only steps from a pristine lake offering all types of lake activities. It is only a few minutes walk down a quaint beach path to the beach and also offers many amenities on the property itself, such as a pool, hot tub, pool table, wet bar and more. Sunny Daze comfortably sleeps 13 individuals, so that your family and friends can enjoy a classic Outer Banks vacation together.
Sunny Daze is located near the Harris Teeter grocery store and the Tim Buck II Activity Center. It is only a short distance from all of the activities that Corolla has to offer.
If you have stayed at this location before, you may know it by its former name, Lake Song II. The name of this house changed to Sunny Daze in September 2019.
